The injurious to health sign was out the front of a typical bottle shop in a dark corner. Locals conceal their purchase before leaving the area. A variety of activities similar to snorkelling seem popular.
If you opt on not using the civic toilet complex you can go to a bar for a light beer (5%) and use their facilities!
